Laugh to the top is an inspirational, motivational concert organized by Kings Effective Publications, hosted by Kingsley De Comedian. It started 2007 at TwinLT UNIBEN, it has also held at Oko prison for the prison inmates as well orphanage homes.......Take time out to come show love to the children at this years edition.
