I have been paying my own bills since I was 14- Kylie Jenner

17 year old Kylie Jenner had an interview with InStyle magazine and expressed that she had been taking care of herself financially since she started modeling at 14.
Excerpts from the interview:
I remember the moment I first got into fashion. It was years ago, I was going to church with Khloe on Easter morning and she put on this floral dress with a denim jacket over the top. It made me begin thinking about style and how people put different looks together. I’ve been into clothes ever since.’
‘I feel like I dress like Khloe on my down days and Kim when I’m going out. If I’m just running out I’ll throw on a cute T-shirt, a pair of leggings and my Timberland boots. If I’m dressing up I love Céline and Saint Laurent, or for accessories Alaïa, Givenchy or Gianvito Rossi.’
‘My Mum-Kris Jenner cut me off financially three years ago so I pay for everything – my car, my gas and food as well as my clothes. There are so many outfits I bought in the past that I just think now are NOT cute – but there’s not very much I can do about it!’

‘I think my style is a little bit darker thanks to my mum. There are a lot of skulls around her house and the furniture is mostly black and white. She wears a lot of black too, and I think that’s definitely rubbed off on me.’

‘I haven’t worked out in two and a half years. I’m living out my youth not doing any exercise and eating what I want, which is pretty bad. I’m into yellow rice – you just cook it for 15 minutes, it tastes so good.’

Woman accuses 4 policemen of torturing her over stolen iPad

Four policemen attached to the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, Lagos State Command have been accused by a trader at Balogun Market in Lagos, Karamat Eleha, of torturing her over false claims that she stole an iPad at the Idumagbo area in Lagos state on May 14th.

According to Punch, the police said a woman who lives in the Lekki axis in Lagos had laid a complaint to the police that she was robbed of her iPad and other belongings. The police officers took their search to Idumagbo Lagos Island where Karamat and her mother lived in a two storey building.

When they arrived, karamat was not at home as she was said to have gone for a fellowship close to her house.
“Around 10.20pm on May 14, I just returned home from a fellowship when the policemen asked me about a missing iPad and I told them I knew nothing about it. They checked my bag, but nothing was found there.”she said
Karamat said the police insisted the tracker device installed on the iPad indicated that it was in an office within the compound. She said she then proceeded to the next street within the area to collect the keys to the office which was owned by a pastor. On arrival, the police said the tracker device indicated that the iPad was in the street where she was coming from. Without any prove that the device was with her, she claimed they whisked her to their station where she was stripped her naked and beat badly.
“They took me to a room which they called ‘theatre’. They stripped me naked and tortured me for hours. When the pain became unbearable, it occurred to me that I saw a neighbour, Mr. Goriola (Baba Ibeji), giving an iPad to his wife while I was going out in the morning on the fateful day. I told them and they went to arrest the wife that same night. The following day, Baba Ibeji was arrested. When they realised that I was bleeding, they took me to a nurse, who charged them N3,000. They later gave the nurse N1,000 to treat me.”she said
Karamat's mother while narrating what happened to her daughter, insisted that the police most foot the bill for the medical attention her daughter is in dire need of.
“Her legs were fractured. That Saturday, it was an officer called Abba Kyari, who ordered them (the cops) to release her immediately. He shouted when he saw the wounds. From there, we took her to a clinic in our area and she was given injections and drugs. When her condition did not improve, we went to the Lagos Island Health Centre. On June 2, I took her to a ‘bone centre’ but I could only afford the bill for treating her left leg. I want her to be treated by the police.”
A resident in her area who was not comfortable with her maltreatment alerted the Commissioner of Police who intervened and instructed that she be released immediately
“They stormed our compound like night marauders. They said they were from SARS. They were led by one Abiola, popularly called Abbey. They said they were looking for an iPad and that a tracker indicated it was within our building. They wanted to break into the office downstairs, but I cautioned them to wait till daybreak for the occupants to come. We were on it when Eleha returned from the fellowship. I told Karamat to go and get the key from the occupant. When she came back, they said the tracker had suddenly indicated the iPad was no longer within the building; that it was going towards Princess and Alkatama streets, where Karamat passed through to collect the key. Even after Baba Ibeji was arrested, they refused to release her. That was why I sent a text message to the commissioner.”the resident who did not want to be named said The Lagos state Police spokesperson while commenting on the matter, described as false Karamat's claims that she was tortured “An iPad was stolen and was traced to her compound. It was observed that the iPad was on the streets she (Karamat) passed through and she was invited to the station. There was no issue of torture. I don’t know what torture she is talking about.”he said

A 125 person orgy for the disabled is being held in Toronto in August

Stella Palikarova, a 35-year-old disability awareness consultant from Toronto, who recently presented a paper on dating and sexuality amongst heterosexual females with congenital mobility disabilities, has organized what may be the world’s first mass orgy for the disabled this summer.

The orgy is being called Deliciously Disabled and will take place on August 14th. The orgy, which is being hosted by Toronto’s Buddies in Bad Times Theatre, has room for 125 people, including 20 spots for wheelchairs. However, anyone is welcome to attend, disabled or not.

Palikarova, who herself is afflicted with spinal muscular atrophy, is hoping to break down barriers because intimacy amongst the disabled tends to be a taboo subject. She says that “the Berlin Wall of sex for people with disabilities is coming down!”

Some comments from some of this year's participants:
If you’re not shy, well, “a wheelchair can become just a big sex toy,” says Andrew Morrison-Gurza, 31, another organizer and disability awareness consultant who has cerebral palsy.
Okay, I know some of you are thinking, good on them. But some are murmuring, “ewwwww.” “Each to their own,” says Stella.
“The naysayers are just subconsciously hating the fact that people in wheelchairs are having great sex — better sex than a lot of people are having. I won’t apologize for that.”
“By making this party accessible, we are saying openly that people with disabilities are sexual beings … and not only in more conventional ways.”
Everybody deserves to get their freak on, so good on them in trailblazing this very important cause. In addition to the sex stuff, Palikarova is also hoping that the event will raise awareness for making Toronto more accessible to the disabled, an area which apparently has much room for improvement.

4 Nigerian women freed after police arrest 6 accused of keeping them as sex slaves in brothels

Four Nigerian women were rescued from 'voodoo' death threats after six people were arrested by Spanish police on suspicion of keeping the frightened victims as sex slaves.

According to investigators, the trafficking ring prostituted women in Lanzarote in the Canary Islands and other parts of Spain after luring them from their families in Nigeria. They are accused of binding them to an oath to pay back money for the passage to Spain and casting voodoo-type spells to guarantee their obedience.

The women were recruited from poor families in Nigeria and told they would get regular employment in Spain. They were then made to swear oaths that they would work off a debt to the gang of up to €50,000 (£37,000) before they could gain their freedom.
A kind of juju voodoo ritual was then performed, the police said, in which an animal would be sacrificed and something from the women's bodies, nail clippings or pubic hair, kept by their new masters.
The women believed that they and family members would be killed if they did not cooperate with the 'madames' who ran the brothels they ended up in, according to the police version of the gang's modus operandi.

The women were brought to Spain overland through Niger and Algeria to Morocco, where they joined other African immigrants attempting to reach the Canary Islands by boat.

The police said they could not give more specific information on the identities of the six suspects while a judge in Lanzarote oversees a full investigation. Court authorities believed that the criminal gang sought to use under age girls as prostitutes but none of the four women freed from their virtual captivity by the police was believed to be under 18.

The investigation began in February when police in Lanzarote started to suspect that a woman had been the victim of illegal trafficking. Officers then uncovered what they believe was a sex-slavery ring run by Nigerian citizens. Spain's National Police said that prior to this case, between April 2013 and December 2014, they carried out 462 investigations into sex trafficking, leading to 1,450 arrests and the detection of 11,751 possible victims.

Prostitution is not illegal in Spain, but abusive pimping and soliciting in public places are penalised. There are 1,400 identifiable brothels in Spain, not counting clandestine apartments or other places where sex can be bought, police said.

ISIS captures 88 Eritrean Christians in Libya

The ISIS terror group kidnapped 88 Eritrean Christians from a people-smugglers' caravan in Libya last week, a U.S. defense official confirmed Monday.

The defense official confirmed initial reports of the mass kidnapping after seeing a recent intelligence report. The convoy was ambushed by militants south of Tripoli before dawn this past Wednesday morning.

Meron Estafanos, the co-founder of the Stockholm-based International Commission on Eritrean Refugees, said that the group of migrants included "about 12 Eritrean Muslims and some Egyptians. They put them in another truck and they put 12 Eritrean women Christians in a smaller pick-up".

Estafanos said that the militants had initially stopped the truck and demanded that the Muslims on board make themselves known. Everyone who responded was asked about the Koran and their religious observance in an attempt to catch Christians pretending to be Muslims.

The main body of the group was put back on the original truck. As the militants drove the vehicle away, at least 9 men attempted to escape by diving off the back of the truck. Estefanos said 3 of those who had escaped were safe, but still trying to get out of Libya. The fate of the others was not known.

Libya has become a jumping-off point for thousands of migrants from the Middle East and sub-Saharan Africa who attempt the dangerous Mediterranean crossing to southern Europe. However, Libya's ongoing instability has led to an increased presence by ISIS and other terror groups, increasing the risk for Christians and other non-Muslims attempting the crossing.

Birdman shades the heck out of Nicki Minaj...

Choi! See what Nicki Minaj's former Cash Money boss, Brian 'Birdman' Williams posted on his Facebook page over the weekend. Lol. Very unflattering comparison. It's no secret that all is not well at Cash Money Records after Lil Wayne filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against Birdman.
